About Us

Kurt and Greg are lifelong outdoorsmen who have seen the benefits of optimizing a property for wildlife enjoyment. While both are avid hunters, their services aren’t intended only as a way to enhance hunting experiences.

The bigger vision for property improvement is the cultivation of an oasis. It’s a place where families spend time together connecting with nature and enjoying the peace and simplicity of a wildlife retreat.

Whether it’s your home, your hunting property or a little weekend campsite in the woods, Red Rock Wildlife will make it your favorite place to be.

Mission

Cultivating property into the ideal setting for wildlife enjoyment.

Vision

To reshape property ownership as an opportunity to create a wildlife oasis for the purposes of hunting, birdwatching and family bonding.

Kurt believes that at the end of our lives, what we’ll cherish most are the stories we’ve created. One of the primary goals of Red Rock Wildlife (RRW) is to help others create stories worth sharing, filled with joy and laughter. Rather than listing his accomplishments and accolades, Kurt prefers to build relationships over a cup of coffee, allowing others to get to know him personally and understand his values.

At the heart of everything Kurt does is his faith in Jesus Christ, whom is the center and the foundation of his life. He acknowledges that he hasn’t reached this point alone; his journey has been shaped by the support of his wife, children, family, friends, and mentors. Kurt is committed to three core principles that drive RRW: helping people, building relationships, and providing for families. He values honesty, hard work, and doing his best to provide quality service, even if things don’t always go perfectly.

Kurt’s upbringing on a family cattle farm taught him the value of hard work. His grandfather introduced him to hunting, and some of his fondest memories are from those experiences. With over 25 years of experience working for John Deere dealerships, Kurt gained valuable business insights that have shaped his approach to leadership at RRW. He currently works for BigIron Auction Company, helping customers sell equipment and real estate, while also contributing to the growth of RRW.

A devoted family man, Kurt has been married for 22 years and is the proud father of three children—Levi, Leah, and Lily—who are all actively involved in RRW. He enjoys spending time outdoors, attending church, playing golf, hunting, fishing, staying active, and unwinding with a few stiff drinks after a long week. Kurt believes that keeping one’s word is a matter of honor, and he strives to uphold that principle in everything he does.

Operations Manager

Greg retired from the Missouri Department of Corrections, Probation and Parole after 26 years, choosing to step away as soon as he could to dedicate more time to his true passions: the outdoors and mentoring others. With a deep love for activities involving a bow—be it bow fishing, bow hunting, or 3-D archery—Greg has become a skilled and dedicated outdoorsman. He exclusively uses a bow for hunting elk, whitetail deer, and turkey, while reserving shotguns for bird hunting and rifles for predator management. His expertise extends to training his own dogs, including labs and a Brittany pup, which adds to the joy of his outdoor pursuits.

Greg’s enthusiasm for the outdoors isn’t limited to his own experiences; he’s passionate about introducing others, young and old, to the wonders of nature. Whether it’s taking someone on their first hunt, hearing an elk bugle in September, or watching a good dog on point, Greg finds immense satisfaction in sharing these moments with others. He enjoys running game cameras year-round, savoring the anticipation of what each new day might reveal.

With a background in farm work and experience with land management for wildlife, Greg is well-equipped for his current endeavors. He values the mentorship he received as a young man and is committed to passing on that knowledge to the next generation. Now, with two young grandsons, he eagerly anticipates sharing his love for the outdoors with them, alongside their father. Greg is also excited to collaborate with Red Rock Wildlife and the Millers, who are like family to him, as they embark on new adventures together.

Levi is a devoted Christian who credits his faith in Christ as the cornerstone of his life and the driving force behind the creation of this company. Raised in a household that emphasized faith, hard work, honesty, and respect, Levi carries these values into everything he does, especially in how he approaches this business.

His passion for the outdoors was cultivated from a young age, with summers spent fishing and winters dedicated to hunting. This love for nature extended into land management, where Levi and his father began enhancing the land they hunted on by establishing food plots, feeders, and mineral sites. This experience sparked the idea of helping others enjoy the outdoors as much as they did, leading to the inception of their company.

In addition to his hunting and fishing pursuits, Levi also explored the art of taxidermy, creating Euro mounts, turkey mounts, and full shoulder deer mounts. This experience not only honed his skills but also deepened his connection to the outdoors. Levi is passionate about helping others have the best possible experience in nature, understanding the profound impact it can have on their lives, just as it has on his own.
